Role Description This is a full-time, on-site AI ML Engineer role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The AI ML Engineer will design, implement, and optimize machine learning models and algorithms to solve real-world business problems. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting and preprocessing data, experimenting with pattern recognition and neural network architectures, and evaluating model performance using statistical methods. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, translating them into technical solutions, and deploying models into production environments. The engineer will also document workflows, maintain scalable codebases, and stay current with emerging trends and best practices in AI, ML, and computer science.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, Algorithms, and software engineering principles.
Hands-on experience with Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks, including model selection, training, and optimization.
Solid understanding of Statistics and probabilistic methods to analyze data and validate model performance.
Proficiency with common ML frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and programming languages such as Python.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and working with large datasets and SQL/NoSQL databases.
Ability to work on-site in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area and collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
Good communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to ethical and responsible AI practices.
