Graphic Designer

Graphic Designer, Glycophil (Jaipur, on-site)
We're a skincare brand based in Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur. We're small, growing fast, and looking for a designer to own the visuals as we scale.
This isn't a support role. You'll own how the brand looks across everything, Instagram, ads, website, packaging, and as the company grows, so does the role.
What you'll do
Design scroll-stopping creatives for Instagram: statics, carousels, campaigns
Edit short-form video and reels for social and paid ads
Build performance creatives for Meta and iterate them based on what's working
Design product page and website visuals
Work on packaging and print for new launches
Keep everything consistent and on-brand as we add products
What we're looking for
2 to 4 years designing for a consumer brand, ideally D2C
A portfolio with real work: ads and social that actually ran, not just concepts
Strong on layout, typography and composition
Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, and a video tool (Premiere, After Effects or CapCut)
Can take a short brief and run with it, works independently, brings ideas
Nice to have
Skincare or beauty experience
A clean, restrained aesthetic
Basic print production: CMYK, bleed, dielines
