Role Description The Production Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Aurangabad, responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing activities on the production floor. This role includes coordinating production schedules, allocating resources, and monitoring workflow to meet output, quality, and safety targets. The Production Supervisor leads and guides the production team, provides clear instructions, and ensures adherence to standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks involve reviewing shift performance, resolving operational issues, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with other departments such as quality, maintenance, and supply chain. The role also focuses on identifying process improvements, supporting training initiatives, and promoting a safe, compliant working environment.
