🚀 We’re Hiring | School Outreach Associate — Auxilium Learn India
Location: Mohali / Chandigarh / Panchkula
Work type: Part-time | Flexible around college schedules
Ideal for: College students interested in business, sales, entrepreneurship, education or finance
At Auxilium Learn India, we’re building a practical financial-literacy program for students in Classes 8–12, covering real-world areas such as money management, banking and digital finance, entrepreneurship and investing fundamentals.
We’re looking for a motivated School Outreach Associate to help us connect with schools across the region.
What you’ll do
• Visit selected schools and introduce Auxilium Learn
• Communicate with school reception offices/coordinators
• Request and coordinate meetings with Principals/School Management
• Maintain follow-ups and outreach records
• Represent Auxilium professionally during school visits

Compensation
This is currently a performance-based opportunity rather than a fixed-salary position.
Compensation will be based on clearly defined outcomes, with payment made when schools acquired through your direct efforts successfully convert and Auxilium receives the applicable payment.
No investment or joining fee is required.

You don't need extensive sales experience.
We're looking for someone who is:

• Comfortable approaching schools
• Reliable with follow-ups
• Able to travel locally
• Interested in gaining practical business-development experience
• Able to work independently
