Role Description The Freelance Business Consultant – Technology will work full time in a remote capacity, partnering with AstroPrrofound leadership to optimize business processes and technology enablement. Day-to-day tasks include assessing existing workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement, and recommending technology-based solutions that align with the company’s mission and service delivery model. The consultant will analyze operational data, design scalable processes, and support implementation of tools that enhance client experience and internal efficiency. This role will also involve preparing clear documentation, presenting findings to stakeholders, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure adoption of recommended changes.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and support evidence-based decisions.
Consulting experience in technology or business environments, including stakeholder engagement and solution recommendation.
Expertise in Business Analysis and Business Process mapping to understand current operations and define future-state workflows.
Experience in Business Process Improvement, including evaluation of efficiency gaps and design of continuous improvement initiatives.
Familiarity with technology platforms and tools that support remote collaboration, workflow management, and data analysis.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable guidance.
Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; consulting or process improvement certifications are a plus.
Interest in or openness to working within an astrology-focused, purpose-driven organization.
