Role Description The IT Executive – SAP (Public Cloud) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Raipur. This role is responsible for providing day-to-day technical support for SAP Public Cloud users, including resolving incidents, handling service requests, and ensuring smooth system operations. The IT Executive monitors system performance, performs routine checks, and collaborates with internal teams and external vendors to maintain uptime and data integrity. Daily activities include troubleshooting SAP-related issues, coordinating change requests, assisting in configuration and testing, and supporting IT operations such as user access management and basic network connectivity needed for SAP. The role also involves documenting procedures, maintaining compliance with company IT policies, and contributing to continuous improvement of SAP and associated IT processes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Information Technology and IT Operations skills, with experience supporting enterprise applications such as SAP (Public Cloud).
Candidates should possess effective Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to diagnose, resolve, and escalate SAP and related IT issues in a timely manner.
Candidates should possess basic to intermediate Network Administration skills to ensure connectivity and system availability for SAP and other IT services.
Relevant skills such as familiarity with SAP modules, understanding of cloud-based infrastructure, and knowledge of IT security and data protection practices are beneficial.
