Role Description The SAP FICO – Manager Accounts – CA role is a full-time, on-site position based in Raipur. The role involves overseeing financial accounting and controlling processes in SAP FICO, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, and cost center accounting. The manager will configure and maintain SAP FICO modules, ensure accurate financial reporting, support audits, and implement internal controls aligned with company policies. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing business processes, driving process improvements, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and providing expert guidance on SAP products and functionalities. The role also includes preparing management reports, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, and mentoring team members in finance and SAP best practices.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong expertise in SAP FICO, including configuration, integration, and support of core finance and controlling modules.
Candidates should possess skills in understanding Business Process and Business Process Improvement to analyze current workflows and implement optimized solutions.
Candidates should possess consulting skills to gather requirements, translate business needs into SAP solutions, and advise stakeholders on best practices.
Candidates should possess knowledge of SAP Products relevant to finance and controlling, and the ability to work with cross-module integration.
Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent professional qualification with solid experience in corporate finance and accounts.
Demonstrated experience in an SAP-driven environment within manufacturing or related industries is preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams, and to work on-site in Raipur.
Good communication skills in English; familiarity with local languages is an advantage.
