WE ARE HIRING: TDL / TALLY PRIME DEVELOPER
Location: Delhi NCR
Experience: 4–8+ years
Employment: Full-time
We are looking for an experienced, hands-on TDL Developer / Tally Prime Specialist to develop and support a customised Tally-based system connecting approximately 50 C&F locations with our Head Office.
This is primarily a Tally/TDL and systems role — not a conventional accounting position.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and customise Tally Prime using TDL
• Customise invoices, reports, masters and workflows
• QR code generation and printing on invoices/documents
• Import/export and integration of data between Tally and external applications
• API/JSON/XML-based integration where required
• Configure multi-location Tally and data synchronisation/replication
• Enable individual C&F locations to continue working locally during temporary connectivity/server interruptions
• Consolidate data and provide visibility at Head Office
• Automate routine data entry and reconciliation processes
• Troubleshoot, deploy and support customised Tally installations
• Work with our IT and accounts teams to implement the complete system
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who has actually built and deployed TDL customisations in live business environments.
Strong practical knowledge of:
• Tally Prime and TDL
• Multi-location Tally environments
• Tally data synchronisation
• Invoice and report customisation
• QR/barcode integration
• Data import/export and third-party integration
• GST-related Tally configurations
• Local/server/network-based Tally installations
Knowledge of VPN/private-network configuration would be an advantage, although specialist network support can be provided separately.
The person should be capable of understanding a business workflow, designing the Tally solution and taking responsibility for implementation — rather than merely operating Tally.
Candidates who have independently implemented similar multi-location Tally/TDL projects will be preferred.
