iNHET is building a new-age progressive school from scratch, moving entirely away from rote-learning and toxic exam culture. We view education as care, practical capability, and community belonging.
We are not looking for casual summary writers. We need analytical people to help research global education models and translate child development principles into an actionable school blueprint.

🎓 Who Can Apply?
We are looking for passionate individuals who possess an interest or background in education, human development, or social work. This includes:
- Students pursuing M.Ed., B.Ed., Psychology, or Social Sciences.
-High School Arts/Humanities students with a keen interest in child development and progressive schooling.
-Anyone with a strong baseline knowledge of child psychology and learning behaviors.
Preferred: Prior academic or field research experience is a plus, but a genuine understanding of how children learn and develop is what matters most.

Lead-Driven Assignments: Our research team leaders explicitly assign you high-quality papers or case studies to process.
Structured Output: You will compress readings into a strict "Takeaways & Inferences" matrix mapping back to our rural campus needs.

Unpaid / No Stipend: This is a voluntary internship position; please note that there is no financial compensation or stipend provided.
Guaranteed Certificate: A formal certificate of completion is guaranteed upon successfully finishing all assigned tasks and your selected tenure.
Performance-Based LORs: Letters of Recommendation and formal experience certificates are strictly performance-based.
