📍 Sahakar Nagar, Bengaluru
We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Healthcare Business Development Executive to strengthen our hospital outreach, referral network and business development activities.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Hospital Marketing
Develop and implement business development activities for the hospital.
Identify new opportunities to increase patient reach and hospital services.
Promote hospital services to relevant healthcare and community networks.
Build and maintain professional relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals and healthcare professionals.
Referral Development
Develop and maintain a strong doctor/clinic referral network.
Regularly visit referring doctors, clinics, diagnostic centres and other healthcare partners.
Coordinate with referral sources and maintain professional relationships.
Follow up on referrals and maintain appropriate records.
Field Work & Outreach
Conduct regular field visits across Bengaluru.
Identify potential referral partners and healthcare institutions.
Participate in health camps, awareness programs and community outreach activities.
Represent the hospital professionally during external meetings and events.
Digital & Offline Marketing
Support hospital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Coordinate with the internal team for social media, WhatsApp and other marketing initiatives.
Identify opportunities for local/community healthcare promotions.
Support patient engagement and awareness activities.
Lead Generation & Follow-up
Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals and outreach activities.
Follow up with potential patients/referral sources appropriately.
Maintain daily activity reports and business development records.
Track outreach activities, leads and conversions.
🔹 Candidate Profile
✅ Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Healthcare Management or related field preferred
✅ Experience in hospital/healthcare business development, sales, marketing or referral marketing preferred
✅ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
✅ Willingness to travel and undertake regular field work
✅ Target-oriented and proactive approach
✅ Good knowledge of Bengaluru healthcare market will be an advantage
✅ Freshers with strong communication and interest in healthcare sales/business development may also apply
