Compounding Shift In charge

Production Management
Operate and monitor PVC compounding lines (high-speed mixers, cooling mixers, material conveying systems).
Ensure production targets are met as per plans.
Maintain proper batch formulation as per approved recipes.
Monitor material feeding, mixing temperature, and process parameters.
Process Control & Quality Assurance
Ensure adherence to formulation and process parameters.
Maintain compound quality (gelation, bulk density, thermal stability).
Coordinate with QA/QC for testing and adjustments.
Troubleshoot process deviations.
Equipment Handling & Maintenance
Monitor high-speed mixers, feeders, and compounding equipment.
Ensure proper startup and shutdown procedures.
Coordinate maintenance and minimize downtime.
Manpower Supervision
Supervise operators and helpers.
Allocate duties and ensure shift handover.
Train staff on SOPs and safety.
Safety & Environment
Ensure compliance with EHS standards.
Monitor safe handling of PVC resin and additives.
Enforce PPE usage and manage incidents.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain production logs and reports.
Record downtime and raw material consumption.
Track wastage and rejection.
Continuous Improvement
Suggest improvements in process efficiency.
Implement 5S, TPM, and lean practices.
