Asst Manager - Project Manager

Position: Asst Manager -PMG – PEB
Department: Project Management / Execution
Industry: Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB)
Location: As per project requirement
Experience: 5–12 years
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end execution of PEB projects from project handover to completion.
Plan and monitor project schedules, manpower, materials, equipment, and resources.
Coordinate with Design, Production, Planning, Procurement, Quality, Safety, and Site teams.
Ensure timely dispatch, erection, and completion of PEB structures as per project timelines.
Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements.
oordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to approved budgets and schedules.
Identify project risks, delays, and technical issues and take corrective actions.
Ensure proper site execution as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Monitor subcontractor performance and manage site-level coordination.
Conduct regular project review meetings and provide MIS/progress reports to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering.
8–15 years of relevant experience in PEB / Structural Steel / Industrial Projects.
Strong knowledge of PEB erection, structural steel, fabrication, and site execution.
Good understanding of structural drawings and engineering specifications.
Strong project planning, coordination, and execution skills.
