The Opportunity:
We are hiring a Product & Project Manager to support the management, development, and delivery of ID8's procurement, supply chain, and risk/resiliency applications built on ID8's proprietary application platform.
This role combines product management with end-to-end project delivery. You will manage assigned products against established roadmap priorities, translate business and customer needs into actionable requirements, and work closely with Product, Development, and QA to deliver solutions on the ID8 platform.
You will also manage customer implementations from sales handoff through deployment, training, go-live, and adoption, ensuring requirements, scope, timelines, and customer expectations remain aligned throughout the lifecycle.
What You'll Do:
Product Management & Roadmap Execution:
Manage assigned applications against established product roadmaps, priorities, and release objectives.
Translate roadmap priorities and customer needs into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Manage and prioritize product backlogs in alignment with roadmap expectations.
Work with Product Owners, Development, and QA to move requirements through development, testing, and release.
Track progress, risks, and dependencies and gather feedback to identify future product improvements.
Requirements, Scoping & Documentation:
Lead discovery sessions to capture business, functional, and technical requirements.
Produce clear and validated Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
Draft Statements of Work (SOWs) defining scope, responsibilities, deliverables, and acceptance criteria.
Maintain solution documentation including workflows, data mappings, configurations, and supporting materials.
Project Delivery & Customer Adoption:
Own customer implementations from initiation through go-live and early post-deployment support.
Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, scope, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
Coordinate testing, validation, deployment, training, and go-live readiness.
Ensure alignment between customer expectations, documented scope, product requirements, and platform capabilities.
Support customers through adoption and transition to steady-state usage.
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration:
Act as a key interface between ID8, customers, and partners including Jabil and Cyferd.
Coordinate across Product, Development, QA, Sales, Customer Success, and Delivery.
Provide clear status reporting across product and project progress, priorities, risks, and releases.
Ensure effective sales-to-delivery handoff with requirements, scope, and commitments clearly captured.
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of experience in product management, project management, business analysis, or software delivery within SaaS or technology environments.
Proven experience managing software products and complex customer implementations within an Agile environment.
Strong experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into product requirements, user stories, and delivery scope.
Experience producing BRDs, SOWs, and structured solution documentation.
Experience managing product backlogs, priorities, releases, project timelines, scope, and risks.
Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
Understanding of SaaS delivery, data, integrations, and system workflows.
Preferred:
Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools.
Experience in procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, or operations.
Exposure to enterprise SaaS, AI-driven, or data-driven applications.
Experience working in a startup or scale-up environment.

Salary: Up to $75,000 (USD)
