The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Solutions Developer with coding experience, data expertise, and an intermediate understanding of operational business processes. This role will involve building solutions on the Platform, integrating external systems, and helping shape best practices for scalable development. You will also support technical innovation, leveraging your data and software background to drive impactful outcomes.
What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):
· Quickly master the Platform’s capabilities, design principles, and solution patterns
· Design and implement scalable, performant, and maintainable business applications.
· Define and promote best practices for solution design, development, and architecture on the Platform.
· Develop integrations with external API-enabled systems, such as ERPs, procurement tools, and enterprise data platforms.
· Build reusable components and utilities to streamline future application development.
· Work with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
· Review and optimize platform-based solutions to ensure high quality and alignment with business goals.
Core Skills: Solution Architecture & Platform Engineering:
Expertise in Low-Code/No-Code or Configurable Platforms: Demonstrated success in building business applications on platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, Appian, Alteryx, or similar would be an asset
Solution-First Mindset: Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable and configurable modular solutions to provide for continuous enhancement of repeatable customer solutions.
Analytical Problem Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot workflow logic, permission models, and process bottlenecks within a SaaS environment.
Self-Starter: Ability to manage the full lifecycle of a solution—from requirement gathering to deployment in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Technical Skills: Data, Logic & Integration:
Data Modeling: Background in designing data schemas, relationships, and taxonomies. You understand how to structure data for purpose, and for performance.
Integration Architecture: experience designing and implementing integrations between the platform and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Webhooks, and ETL tools.
Automation: Proficiency in identifying and resolving process automation steps to significantly improve user journeys and process efficiency.
Database Proficiency, understanding of SQL and relational database concepts to optimize data architecture designs and understand underlying data structures.
Security & Governance: Familiarity with attribute-based access control (ABAC), role-based access control (RBAC). Ability to comprehend and own holistic data models serving many business process applications and control data security across this complex landscape.
Desirable (Domain & Tools)
Supply Chain Domain Knowledge: Experience in procurement and supply chain domains (sourcing, purchasing, supplier onboarding, logistics).
Enterprise Software Experience: Familiarity with major ERP or Procurement ecosystems (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle SCM, Workday).
Process Engineering: Experience with BPMN or similar methodologies for mapping and optimizing business workflows.
Education & Certifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an analytical domain such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Bonus: Certifications in major low-code/CRM/BPM platforms (e.g., Certified Application Developer, System Architect).
