The Role
We’re looking for a motivated, enthusiastic graphic designer with a passion for sustainability to work with our friendly, dynamic team to inspire people around the world to make a better future.
As part of THRIVE, you will have the opportunity to:
Champion new initiatives.
Improve existing initiatives.
Help shape our graphic design workflows.
Meet regularly with team members.
Present ideas to people from a variety of disciplines.
Your efforts will enrich our visual communications and help inspire people to create a thrivable future.
Key Responsibilities
You'll work with our multimedia team to:
Create images for our social media channels.
Create assets for motion graphics outcomes.
Other digital graphic design work as needed (i.e, publications, our website).
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor Degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
1+ years of commercial experience with Canva OR with the Adobe Creative Suite (i.e. Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator).
1+ years of commercial experience creating engaging graphics or illustrations within specific guidelines.
Preferred Requirements
At least 2 years in a freelance or in-studio Graphic Design role.
Proficiency with Adobe InDesign.
Fluency in English.
A desire to make a sustainable world.
A collaborative team player mindset.
Excellent communication and organisation skills.
Well-developed problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to learn new skills
The ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
The ability to be proactive and self-manage your time.
A self-driven mindset to make a better future for all.
Ability to work from brief to completion, including mood boards, storyboards and style frames.
