Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time on-site role based in Chorasi. The individual in this role will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement for all levels of the organization. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, managing payroll and benefits in coordination with finance, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards. The Human Resources Manager will handle employee relations, support conflict resolution, and foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture aligned with VSOLE’s values. This role also involves partnering with leadership on workforce planning, training and development initiatives, and HR data reporting to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
Strong experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, compliance requirements, and best practices within the Indian renewable energy or manufacturing sectors.
Skills in training and development, including designing and implementing learning, upskilling, and employee engagement programs.
Proficiency in HRIS or HR management tools, basic data analysis, and reporting to support HR decision-making.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse teams and levels.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced HR certifications are an advantage.
Prior experience in a managerial HR role, preferably in renewable energy, industrial, or technology-driven environments.
