Role Description The Assistant Manager Finance Account will oversee day-to-day financial accounting activities, including managing ledgers, reconciling accounts, monitoring cash flows, and ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions. This role will support preparation of financial statements, budgeting, variance analysis, and compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal policies. The position will also involve coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders for billing, collections, vendor payments, audits, and reporting requirements. The Assistant Manager will contribute to process improvements, support internal controls, and assist in implementing best practices in finance and accounts. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.
Qualifications
Strong Finance skills, including financial analysis, budgeting, and understanding of accounting standards.
Proficiency in Account Management, including ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and invoice processing.
Ability to provide effective Customer Service in resolving account-related queries and maintaining professional stakeholder relationships.
Experience supporting Sales teams with financial data, pricing inputs, and revenue tracking.
Demonstrated Team Management capabilities, including collaboration with cross-functional teams and guiding junior staff.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, MBA in Finance) are an advantage.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems and accounting software, along with strong MS Excel skills.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
Knowledge of Indian tax regulations, statutory compliances, and audit processes is preferred.
