Role Description The Administrative Assistant is a part-time, remote role supporting day-to-day administrative and clerical needs for designated leaders and teams. Responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing digital files, and preparing basic reports, presentations, and correspondence. The role involves handling incoming calls and emails with professional phone etiquette, routing inquiries, and ensuring timely follow-up. Additional tasks may include data entry, maintaining records, assisting with expense tracking, and coordinating internal communications. The Administrative Assistant collaborates with colleagues across departments to support efficient operations while maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, and excellent client service.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to support scheduling, documentation, data entry, and general office coordination.
Candidates should possess Executive Administrative Assistance experience or capabilities for calendar management, meeting coordination, and support of senior leaders.
Candidates should possess professional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and courteous handling of calls and messages.
Candidates should possess proficiency with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and the ability to learn banking-specific systems.
Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote, part-time environment.
Relevant experience in financial services or professional services is beneficial; a high school diploma is required, and further education in business or related fields is a plus.
