Senior AI Governance & Model Risk Management Leader

Role Overview
Lead AI Governance and Model Risk Management initiatives, helping organizations
establish Responsible AI practices, manage AI risks, and comply with evolving
regulatory requirements. Provide strategic advisory services for AI/ML and Generative AI
adoption, governance, validation, and oversight.
Experience: 15 to 25
Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement AI Governance and Model Risk Management frameworks.
• Conduct AI/ML and Generative AI model validation and independent reviews.
• Define and implement AI risk assessment and risk tiering methodologies.
• Assess and monitor Responsible AI controls including fairness, transparency,
explainability, and accountability.
• Perform model bias testing, AI risk assessments, and AI Red Teaming exercises.
• Advise clients on AI regulatory compliance and governance best practices.
• Develop AI policies, standards, controls, and governance operating models.
• Support executive stakeholders in managing AI-related risks and regulatory
expectations.

Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance (BFSI), or other highly regulated
industries with strong stakeholder management and consulting skills
❌ This role is NOT for Cyber Security, Information Security, Network Security, SOC, VAPT, IAM, GRC, IT Audit, Technology Risk, or Security Compliance professionals.
✅ We are specifically seeking professionals with hands-on experience in AI Governance, Responsible AI, AI/ML Model Risk Management, Model Validation, Quantitative Risk, and Regulatory Oversight within BFSI or highly regulated industries.
