Role Description The Sales Executive role at Lindström is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. In this role, the Sales Executive is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and building long-term relationships with customers in designated industry segments. Day-to-day activities include prospecting, conducting customer meetings and product presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating contracts in alignment with company policies and pricing strategies. The Sales Executive collaborates closely with operations and service teams to ensure seamless delivery of textile solutions and high customer satisfaction. The role also involves monitoring market trends, maintaining accurate sales records and forecasts, and contributing to continuous improvement of sales processes and customer experience.
Qualifications
Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and convert leads into long-term customers.
Customer relationship management and account management capabilities, including effective follow-up, stakeholder engagement, and service-oriented communication.
Solid understanding of B2B solutions, preferably in services, textiles, facilities management, or related industries, with an interest in sustainability and circular economy concepts.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
Proven ability to work independently on-site, manage time and priorities, and meet or exceed sales targets in a structured, ethical manner.
Comfort with using CRM tools, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and digital collaboration platforms to manage the sales pipeline and reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field; relevant sales experience in B2B environments is highly beneficial.
Willingness to travel locally as required for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
