Role Description The Ecommerce Management Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The person in this role will manage daily ecommerce operations, including listing products on online marketplaces and the company website, monitoring stock levels, updating prices and product information, and ensuring accurate, appealing listings. Responsibilities include tracking orders, coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams, resolving customer queries related to online purchases, and maintaining service-level standards. The role also involves analyzing sales performance, optimizing product visibility, suggesting promotional activities, and supporting account management with key online platforms. The executive will collaborate with internal teams to improve the online shopping experience and support overall sales growth.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, track performance metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Candidates should possess Account Management and Sales skills to handle online platform accounts, maintain relationships, and support revenue generation.
Candidates should possess Team Management and Sales Management skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and assist in driving ecommerce sales targets.
Proficiency in using ecommerce platforms, marketplaces, and basic MS Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and data management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail in product listing and customer interaction.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to a fast-paced retail and ecommerce environment.
Prior experience in ecommerce operations, online marketplace management, or retail sales is preferred.
A diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
