Job Purpose
Responsible for operations and maintenance of Circle Voice and VoLTE CLOUDs along with managing configuration changes and support new implementations/Expansion. KPI based Analysis, managing system uptime , perform routine O&M activities, Coordination with different functions and supporting business deliverables will be the key focus points ..
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
Ensure 99.999% CLOUD System Uptime and Regular Backups
Hardware fault rectification and maintenance
Responsible for alarm clearance in the nodes in coordination with respective functions
KPI analysis based on tools ( Anritsu) and perform corrective actions
Customer complaints resolution with in TAT
Report based analysis and augmentation of Break IN/Breakout POI with MGCF
Routing Changes and VOLTE specific configuration change in TAS/CFX
Announcement Changes and Loading for new requirements
Routing table/Roaming configuration /other circle connectivity configuration related Audit and correction
Coordination with INM/CHM/CODE for new implementation/augmentation / Migration.
Spare Management and related database updating and tracking
Report generation
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience
In-depth understanding and hands on working experience on various core nodes like MSS, MGW, VoLTE CORE
Command level knowledge of configuration in core Nodes of different vendors and Signaling.
Clear understanding of all types of call flows for VOLTE and CS core
Understanding of Cloud and IP infra
Trace analysis (Wireshark/system specific) and troubleshooting skills including knowledge of various protocols like ISUP, SCCP, MAP, BICC, SIP, and Diameter.
Knowledge in Telco cloud architecture
Should be Good team player and should have good communication skills.
Analytical, Reasoning and logical thinking skills
Positive Attitude towards problem solving, learning new things, adopt changes
Must have technical / professional qualifications
BE/B Tech (Electronics and Telecommunications) with 4-6 years of relevant experience.
