Role Description The 3D Visualizer will be responsible for transforming design concepts into high-quality 3D visuals, renderings, and walkthroughs that clearly convey the intended spatial experience. Day-to-day tasks include developing 3D models from architectural and interior drawings, applying materials, lighting, and textures, and refining graphics for presentations and client reviews. The role also involves collaborating with designers and project teams to ensure visual outputs align with project requirements and timelines, and making iterative updates based on feedback. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai, requiring regular coordination with in-house teams and participation in project meetings.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Visualization and 3D representation, with the ability to translate concepts into realistic models and renderings.
Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design, including preparing visually appealing presentations and layout boards.
Solid understanding of Lighting and its impact on mood, realism, and material appearance in 3D environments.
Good Drawing skills, including interpreting and working from architectural and interior design plans.
Experience with industry-standard 3D and rendering software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, Blender, or similar).
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or comparable tools for post-processing and presentation enhancements.
Attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple projects within deadlines.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to respond constructively to design feedback.
Diploma or degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Visual Arts, Animation, or related field is preferred.
Prior experience as a 3D Visualizer or in a similar visualization role within design or construction industries is an advantage.
