🚨 We’re Hiring – Cluster Manager | Field Sales
📍 Location: Pune
💰 CTC: ₹5.5 LPA + Travel Allowance + Incentives
⏳ Joining: Immediate to 15 Days

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle company-provided leads and convert them into business
• Meet school owners, principals & decision-makers
• Conduct regular field visits and presentations
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead to closure
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Build strong relationships with schools
Requirements:
✅ 2+ years of Field Sales / Business Development experience
✅ Education / EdTech experience preferred
✅ Strong communication & negotiation skills
✅ Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
✅ Target-oriented with strong follow-up & closure skills
