About Kapxha Dynamics
Kapxha Dynamics is a DPIIT-recognized defense-tech startup based in Jaipur, building autonomous UAV systems and counter-drone technology. We are a small, fast-moving team working on real hardware that flies, not just code in a repo.
About the role
We are looking for a Research & Development Engineer to work across autonomous navigation, computer vision, and embedded systems for our UAV and counter-drone platforms. You will be involved end to end, from design and prototyping to field testing.
What you will work on
Autonomous navigation using ArduPilot and MAVLink
Computer vision for object detection and tracking
Embedded Linux and edge AI deployment on Jetson and Raspberry Pi platforms
Development in C++ and Python across the stack
Field testing and iteration on real UAV hardware
Who we are looking for
1 to 5 years of experience in robotics, embedded systems, or computer vision, or a strong fresher with solid personal or academic project experience in these areas
Hands-on experience building, flying, or testing robotics or drone systems, not just coursework
Strong fundamentals in C++ and Python
Comfort working in a small team with high ownership and fast iteration
