Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Business Consultant. The Business Consultant will work directly with clients to assess business needs, analyze data, and identify opportunities for improvement in areas such as operations, finance, and strategy. Day-to-day tasks include conducting research and business assessments, preparing reports and presentations, and providing recommendations that support decision-making and performance enhancement. The role involves facilitating meetings and workshops, communicating findings to stakeholders, and supporting implementation of agreed initiatives. The consultant will collaborate virtually with internal and client teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved on time.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data, diagnose issues, and develop actionable insights.
Experience in Consulting or Management Consulting, including working with clients to design and deliver business solutions.
Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Knowledge of Finance principles and comfort working with financial data, budgets, and performance metrics.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (advanced degree or certifications such as MBA, CPA, or management consulting credentials are a plus).
Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Proficiency with productivity and data analysis tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, business intelligence tools).
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and adapting to different industry contexts is beneficial.
