Role Description The Finance Executive role is a full-time position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area, structured as a hybrid role with a mix of on-site work and some work from home. The Finance Executive will manage day-to-day financial operations, including preparing and reviewing financial statements, maintaining accurate ledgers, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities. This role will handle financial reporting, monitor cash flow, and assist in financial analysis to support decision-making and project profitability. The Finance Executive will oversee compliance with Goods and Services Tax (GST) and other statutory requirements, coordinate with external auditors, and ensure timely filings and documentation. The role will also collaborate with project, procurement, and management teams to provide financial insights, control costs, and uphold internal controls and financial discipline.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Finance knowledge and practical experience in managing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, support budgeting and forecasting, and provide actionable insights.
Candidates should possess hands-on experience with Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance, filings, and related regulatory requirements.
Relevant skills such as proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheets (e.g., Excel), understanding of Indian accounting standards, and familiarity with project-based costing are beneficial.
A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field is preferred; professional certifications (CA, CMA, MBA in Finance) are an advantage.
Attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, integrity, and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment are essential.
