Compensation
Base salary: PKR 60,000 per month
Plus commission on every survey you book, paid separately on top of your salary, not folded into it

About the Role
We're looking for a confident, energetic B2C Cold Caller to join our team. You'll be calling homeowners across the USA, UK, and Australia, pitching solar, roofing, insulation, and home energy solutions, and booking qualified surveys for our team to follow up on.
This is a homeowner-facing role, not a business-to-business one. You're not closing deals, you're not negotiating contracts, you're opening the door and getting a real homeowner excited enough to book a survey.
What You'll Be Doing
Make high-volume outbound calls to homeowners across the USA, UK, and Australia
Pitch solar, roofing, insulation, and energy solutions in a way that actually makes sense to a regular homeowner, not a script that sounds robotic
Qualify homeowners based on defined criteria before booking anything
Book qualified survey appointments for our team to follow up with
Accurately log every call outcome and homeowner detail in the CRM and Google Sheets
Follow up consistently with homeowners who showed interest but haven't booked yet
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and survey booking targets
Handle objections calmly and persistently without sounding pushy
Work with the team to sharpen messaging based on what's actually landing with homeowners
Share feedback on what homeowners are saying and pushing back on, to help improve the pitch over time
Campaign Details
Covers solar, roofing, insulation, and home energy solutions
Regions: USA, UK, and Australia
Goal is to book qualified survey appointments
Daily call target: 300 calls
Who We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
2 to 3 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound sales, B2C experience specifically is a big plus
Excellent spoken English with a neutral, easy to understand accent that lands well with USA, UK, and Australian homeowners
Comfortable talking to everyday homeowners, not businesses, know how to build quick trust on a call
Strong grasp of call etiquette and how to hold someone's attention from the first ten seconds
Comfortable in a fast paced, target driven environment
Strong objection handling, without sounding scripted or pushy
Proficiency with CRM tools such as Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar, along with comfort managing data in Google Sheets
Self motivated, resilient, and able to handle rejection without losing energy on the next call
Ability to work rotational shifts if business needs shift in the future
Strong attention to detail when logging calls and homeowner records
Prior experience specifically booking surveys or appointments for solar, roofing, or insulation is a strong plus
Setup Requirements
Since this is a fully remote role, you're expected to have your own laptop, a stable internet connection, and a reliable electricity backup solution in place before joining.
