The Basics
Hybrid (3 days a week in office)
Fluent in English (reading, writing & speaking)
Salary range is between £300 and £500 a month
3 Month probationary period
Must be available during UK hours but flexible working hours
About The Role Recruitment Infrastructure
Build and manage the hiring machine.
Write job descriptions
Build scorecards
Create interview questions
Design practical skill tests
Create hiring SOPs
Standardise hiring stages
Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Own recruitment operations.
Build applicant pipeline system (Notion, Airtable, ClickUp, or ATS)
Track stages:
Applied
Shortlisted
Interview 1
Task stage
Final interview
Offer
Hired
Grade candidates objectively
Maintain talent database
Talent Sourcing
Proactively build talent pipelines.
