Electrical Engineer

About the role:
We are looking for dynamic and technically proficient Shift Engineers for our Facility Management Vertical. The role involves ensuring operational reliability of critical building services, troubleshooting facility-related issues, coordinating with vendors, maintaining safety and compliance standards, and responding effectively to occupant/guest requirements.

Experience- 3-8 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and carry out routine operation, inspection and maintenance of Electrical HT/LT systems, HVAC, PHE, Fire Detection & Protection, CCTV, BMS and Access Control systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve facility-related operational and maintenance issues.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, servicing, maintenance and compliance checks.
Ensure adherence to prescribed safety standards, protocols and statutory requirements.
Conduct inspections, identify non-compliances and support corrective actions.
Assist in emergency response and evacuation procedures as required.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, repairs and other facility-related activities.
Coordinate effectively with internal facility teams and external vendors/contractors.
Address and resolve facility-related queries and concerns raised by occupants/guests.
Work in shifts and respond effectively to operational emergencies.
Preferred Candidate profile:
B.Tech/B.E. or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
Relevant experience in Facility Management / Building Operations / Engineering Maintenance, preferably in commercial, residential, retail or similar facilities.
Sound working knowledge of Electrical LT/HT systems, HVAC and Fire Detection & Protection systems.
Good communication and interpersonal skills and willingness to work in rotational shifts and handle emergency situations.
