About the Role
UI/UX Designer (Contract)

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with 2+ years of professional experience who can translate product requirements and user needs into clean, intuitive, and visually compelling digital experiences.
The ideal candidate should have strong fundamentals in UI/UX design, excellent attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to independently make practical design decisions.
You will work closely with developers, product teams, and business stakeholders throughout the product design lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
• Design modern and intuitive web and mobile application interfaces from concept to final UI.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and design systems using Figma and other design tools.
• Understand business/product requirements clearly and translate them into effective UX and UI solutions.
• Work closely with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to communicate design decisions and ensure proper implementation.
• Use AI-powered UI/UX tools and stay updated with emerging AI/ML applications and technologies that improve design ideation, productivity, and quality.
• Review and refine designs based on usability, functionality, consistency, and technical feasibility.
Required Skills
• 2+ years of professional UI/UX design experience.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Adobe Illustrator and other relevant Adobe design tools.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, color, spacing, responsive design, usability, and visual hierarchy.
• Good knowledge of current AI-powered design tools and emerging AI/ML technologies in UI/UX.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to independently make sound design decisions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to understand requirements accurately and communicate ideas clearly.
• Ability to work collaboratively with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders.
Portfolio Requirement
• Behance / Dribbble / Personal Portfolio is mandatory.
• Should have a good number of completed web and mobile projects demonstrating practical UI/UX experience.
• Candidates should be able to explain their design approach, decisions, and problem-solving process behind their projects.
