Process Excellence Lead

We are looking for a Process Excellence Lead to improve how teams work across health, wealth, and career services. You will identify delays and unnecessary steps, design better processes, and work with business and technology teams to put them into practice.
You will lead improvements from start to finish: understand the problem, develop a practical solution, support adoption, and measure the results.
What you will do
Review end-to-end processes and make them faster, simpler, and more reliable.
Lead improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma and process engineering methods.
Define performance measures and build dashboards to track results.
Work with technology teams to improve workflows using digital tools, automation, analytics, and AI.
Identify opportunities where data and AI can improve productivity and client experience.
Align business, operations, and technology teams on priorities and delivery.
Help teams adopt new processes through communication and training.
Measure outcomes after implementation and make further improvements.
What we are looking for
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification and experience applying it to business processes.
Experience leading process improvement or business transformation projects.
Ability to turn complex workflows into clear, practical solutions.
Experience working with data, performance metrics, and dashboards.
Understanding of how automation and AI can improve operations.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work with senior leaders and delivery teams.
A track record of implementing changes and achieving measurable results.
