Customer Support Executive

We're hiring: Customer Support Executive | Kochi

Our customers invest heavily in their vehicles. What happens after the sale decides whether they come back: a fitment question answered in minutes, a delivery update before they ask, a courier problem solved without them lifting a finger.
What you'll own
→ Every customer conversation across WhatsApp, calls and email
→ Order and delivery status. You know the answer before you pick up.
→ Returns, exchanges and refunds, handled to policy and closed clean
→ Transit issues escalated and resolved, without the customer repeating their story three times
→ The pattern behind the queries. You log what keeps coming up so it stops coming up.
What we need
→ 1–3 years in customer support or client-facing work. E-commerce, automotive or premium retail is preferred.
→ English plus Malayalam and/or Hindi. Our customers are across India.
→ Calm under pressure
→ Nothing sits unanswered overnight. Follow-through is the whole job.
