The Role
Roavion Automotive (Autobacs India) sources premium automotive products globally — Thailand, Japan, Italy, USA — and delivers across a 42-distributor national network. We're building a category nobody has packaged for India yet, on a clear road to an IPO by 2031.
The GTM Executive owns the ground game: new partnerships, dealer expansion, and the deals that move us forward.
What You'll Own
→ New brand and supplier relationships — sourced, pitched, signed by you → Your own pipeline, your own targets — full ownership, no hand-offs → Dealer and installation partner expansion into new cities → The negotiation room — you set the terms, you close the deal
Who We're Looking For
→ 2–4 years in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships → Automotive, retail, or D2C experience preferred → Confident starting a conversation with a brand that's never heard of us → Numbers-first, self-directed — thrives without a script, builds one instead
