Role Overview
We are looking for a Campus Manager to ensure the safe, efficient, and smooth functioning of campus infrastructure and day-to-day facilities operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage campus safety, security, utilities, and infrastructure operations.
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, plumbing, civil, water, power, fire safety, and other campus facilities.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers and ensure timely completion of maintenance work.
Monitor campus security, CCTV, visitor management, and safety protocols.
Coordinate school transportation operations, including buses, routes, maintenance, and daily schedules.
Manage campus requirements for events, competitions, and other activities.
Maintain and monitor campus assets, inventory, and maintenance records.
Conduct regular campus inspections and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
Maintain relevant checklists, reports, and documentation and escalate critical issues when required.
Candidate Profile
5–8 years of experience in Facilities Management, Campus Operations, Building Management, or a similar role.
Experience managing vendors, maintenance, utilities, security, and infrastructure.
Strong coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Experience in a school, university, institutional, corporate, or large-campus environment will be preferred.
Graduate in Engineering, Facilities Management, Operations, or a related field.
