The company operates from Sector-63 in Noida and supports clients through dedicated HR, sales, and general query contact channels.
Role Description The Jr. Accountant will support day-to-day accounting operations, including recording transactions, preparing vouchers, and maintaining ledgers. Responsibilities include assisting with accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and basic financial reporting. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely documentation, compliance with company policies, and accurate data entry in accounting systems. The Jr. Accountant may help with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements under supervision. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in basic accounting principles, including ledger posting, journal entries, and trial balance.
Experience or familiarity with accounts payable and receivable processes, bank reconciliation, and invoice management.
Working knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar) and proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
Understanding of Indian taxation and compliance (GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements) is preferred.
Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with finance and cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; internships or 0–2 years of relevant experience are an advantage.
