AI is changing how work gets done, and we're changing how we hire. AI can do a lot of the work, but someone careful has to check that it's actually right. That's where you come in. No coding background needed. You need a sharp mind, good English, and an eye for detail.
About the Role
You'll solve real client website problems using AI tools, and test every solution to make sure it works before and after it goes live. This is not a data-entry or typing job. You'll investigate issues, test the results carefully, and own the outcome, with full training and team support.
Who Should Apply
✅ Any graduate: BSc, BCom, BA, BBA, or 12th pass (Maths preferred)
✅ Strong written and spoken English (essential)
✅ Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT daily
✅ Eye for detail: you notice when something doesn't look or work right
✅ Logical, methodical thinker who doesn't skip steps
✅ Calm and patient with clients, even under pressure
✅ Honest enough to say "I'm not sure" and ask, rather than guess
What You'll Do
🔍 Investigate and solve client issues, using AI as your problem-solving partner
🧪 Test every fix carefully before and after it goes live, and check that nothing else broke
🤖 Double-check AI answers. Never assume the AI is right without verifying.
🐞 Spot problems, report them clearly, and explain what's wrong and how to reproduce it
🛡️ Follow a safety process before every change, with no shortcuts
📝 Explain in your own words what went wrong, how it was fixed, and how you tested it
💬 Communicate clearly with clients and the team
Growth
As you gain experience, you'll have the chance to move into more advanced support, testing, and technical responsibilities. This role is a starting point, not a dead end.
We're NOT Looking For
❌ Someone who copies AI answers without checking whether they make sense
❌ Someone who says "done" without testing the result
❌ Not require any special degree
Selection Process
1️⃣ Written test: logical reasoning, English, and attention to detail (30–45 min)
2️⃣ Interview with a short live task: use an AI tool to solve a problem, then test whether the answer is actually correct
3️⃣ Trial period before confirmation
📍 Location: Indore. You must be nearby and available for an in-person or online interview.
