Role Description The DOT NET Technical Lead will be responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise applications built on the .NET technology stack. This full-time, on-site role is based in Indore and involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing code quality, performing code reviews, mentoring developers, and ensuring adherence to best practices in architecture, performance, and security. The Technical Lead will manage development sprints, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize existing modules for reliability and efficiency. The role also includes coordinating with product and QA teams, contributing to technical documentation, and driving continuous improvement in development processes and tools.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core) and experience building scalable web applications and services.
Hands-on expertise with databases (SQL Server or similar), ORM tools, and data modeling for high-performance applications.
Experience with front-end frameworks (such as Angular, React, or similar), RESTful APIs, and integration with third-party services.
Proven ability to lead technical teams, conduct code reviews, define architecture, and enforce coding standards and best practices.
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
Strong problem-solving skills, ability to troubleshoot complex production issues, and focus on performance, security, and reliability.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with product owners, QA, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; prior experience as a Senior .NET Developer or Technical Lead is highly desirable.
Experience in enterprise or SaaS products, especially in operations or QSR/retail domains, is an advantage.
