Site Engineer Required – Delhi Zone

Services span agency assessment and appointment, techno-commercial and legal due diligence, design inputs for intelligent and sustainable solutions, detailed bid documentation, project management, process design, and legal support between owners and agencies.
Role Description: The Site Engineer – Delhi Zone role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The Site Engineer will oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring work is executed as per structural and civil engineering designs, quality standards, and safety norms. Responsibilities include supervising site teams, coordinating with contractors and consultants, and monitoring progress against project schedules and specifications. The role involves conducting regular quality inspections, verifying materials and workmanship, documenting site reports, and flagging deviations or risks to project managers. The Site Engineer will also contribute to transparent communication, support techno-commercial evaluations, and help implement RECONPRO’s data-driven and process-based project management approach on site.
Qualifications
Civil Engineering and Structural Engineering expertise, with the ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
Proven on-site experience managing construction activities, site supervision, and coordination with multiple agencies.
Strong focus on Quality Control, including inspection of materials, workmanship, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
Effective Communication skills for collaborating with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices in Delhi and surrounding regions.
Ability to use basic project management tools and maintain accurate site documentation and reports.
High level of integrity, problem-solving ability, and readiness to work full-time on-site across multiple project locations within the Delhi zone.
Transport: Own two-wheeler mandatory
