Role Objective
Create strong, engaging, and consistent visual communication across all brands and social media platforms.
Ensure all creative assets maintain a professional and consistent brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
Design social media posts, carousels, thumbnails, banners, advertisements, and campaign creatives.
Create visual assets for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
Maintain consistency in brand identity, typography, layout, composition, and visual style.
Create supporting graphics and visual elements for video content.
Design marketing collateral and other digital assets as required.
Work according to creative briefs provided by Content Strategists.
Collaborate closely with Video Editors and other team members.
Develop multiple creative concepts and design directions when required.
Use AI design and image-generation tools for creative ideation, image generation, mockups, image enhancement, design variations, and workflow improvement.
Maintain an organized library of editable source files and final creative assets.
Incorporate feedback and revisions accurately and within the required timelines.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of graphic design fundamentals.
Excellent knowledge of typography, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.
Proficiency in relevant professional graphic design software.
Strong understanding of social media design formats and requirements.
Practical experience with AI-based design and image-generation tools.
Strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
Ability to manage multiple creative requirements and meet deadlines.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Quality and consistency of designs.
On-time delivery of assigned creatives.
Low avoidable revision rate.
Quality and effectiveness of social media creatives and thumbnails.
Adherence to brand guidelines and visual standards.
Accuracy in implementing creative briefs and feedback.
Efficient use of AI tools and design workflows.
Proper organization of editable source files and final assets.
Compensation / CTC
CTC: Based on experience, skills, portfolio, and interview performance.
