About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in paid advertising across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across Facebook & Instagram, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
Develop paid media strategies aligned with business objectives
Manage campaign budgets, targeting, bidding, audiences, and conversion tracking
Monitor CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, conversions, and other key metrics
Conduct A/B testing and optimise campaigns based on performance data
Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights
Prepare regular performance reports
Collaborate with creative, content, SEO, and strategy teams
Take ownership of campaign performance and optimisation
Mandatory Requirements
Hands-on experience with ALL THREE platforms is compulsory:
Facebook & Instagram Ads
Google Ads
LinkedIn Ads
Candidates with experience in only one or two platforms will not be considered.
Requirements
3–5 years of relevant performance marketing experience
Strong understanding of paid media and campaign optimisation
Experience managing advertising budgets
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Knowledge of conversion tracking, remarketing, audience segmentation, and A/B testing
Ability to independently manage campaigns from setup through reporting and optimisation
