We are establishing EnrgyLabs Private Limited in India, starting with renewable energy solutions for households and exploring opportunities across clean energy, IoT and emerging technologies.

That's where we're looking for our next co-founder.
🧠 THE ROLE
As a Business & Strategy Co-Founder, you would help shape how EnrgyLabs creates value and grows.
You would work on:
→ Business model development
→ Customer & market discovery
→ Pricing & revenue strategy
→ Financial modelling & unit economics
→ Go-to-market strategy
→ Partnerships & business development
→ Market expansion
→ Fundraising strategy
→ Building sustainable revenue streams
We're not looking for someone who simply prepares spreadsheets or presentations.
We want someone who will:
Question assumptions.
Talk to customers.
Understand the market.
Build the strategy.
And take ownership of the outcome.

Someone with an interest or background in:
• Business Strategy
• Finance / Economics
• Entrepreneurship
• Business Development

• Technology
You don't need to have all the answers.
You need to be comfortable with uncertainty, experimentation and building from zero.

This is an early-stage co-founder opportunity, not a conventional job.
The initial commitment can be flexible and part-time, with the potential to grow into a larger role as the company develops.
Founder-level equity participation will be discussed based on experience, contribution, responsibility and long-term commitment.
