Senior Consultant - OCM

The Workforce Transformation (WX) practice is a relatively new and vibrant unit within Infosys Consulting established with the intent of invigorating Infosys Consulting’s service offerings and improving the footprint across new markets. This unit was designed to provide consulting & advisory services at the top of the value chain in N.America, (NAM), Europe and the Emerging Markets (Asia, Middle East, ANZ, Africa).

C-Suite Advisory:
Provide world class consulting & advisory services designed to help C-Level Executives, Directors, Entrepreneurs & Owners to address their business problems and help navigate their organization for growth, optimization and innovation
Disruptive Technologies:
Enable our clients to evaluate, adopt and industrialize the market disrupting technologies ranging from Artificial Intelligence, Advanced Analytics, Omni/Conversational Channels, Cloud, Blockchain, Social & Mobility
Transformation Management:
Help clients navigate their way from strategy to execution by bringing in our expertise in business transformation, organization change management and program management
Job Responsibilities
Lead organization change management track in large scale transformation projects such a Digital Transformation, AI&I programs and Large ERP transformation programs.
Work as an effective change management consultant assisting clients in their large scale transformation journeys either as a sole Change practitioner or leading the change team
Work with Infosys Consulting teams and / or other Infosys Delivery Units to create effective technology and non-technology solutions. These solutions should focus on change strategy, change impact assessment, articulation of change challenges and mitigation strategies
Manage and motivate client stakeholders and Infosys team members to create momentum and a high performance culture respectively
Develop thought leadership to drive points of view in the market and contribute to business development through RFP/RFI responses and proactive offer development
Participate in practice building activity as a valued contributor to the change management community. This may involve training and knowledge management activity to mature our capability and practitioners

Smart, self-driven, highly focused & self-motivated people with top notch communication skills, intellectual curiosity and experience of making a positive difference to a strategic or tactical transformation program.
Overall experience of 5-8 years, with at least 3+ years of top-tier consulting experience post MBA preferably as a change management specialist in technology / non-technology driven transformation programs
Having hands-on experience of end-to-end change management interventions in atleast 2-3 transformation programs irrespective of the context of change
Comfortable working with digital solutions in an information systems/technology-driven transformation programs
Experience of developing a change strategy for large scale transformation programs having a global reach
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Ability to create and deliver high-impact communications to senior stakeholders and facilitate discussions
Strong executive level relationship building skills
Past experience in Management consulting with Consulting firms
Certification in change management such as Prosci®, PCI®, etc will be an added advantage
