Operations Manager – Fulfilment & Supply Chain
About The Role
We are looking for a hands-on Supply Chain Manager to manage day-to-day 3PL, warehouse, inventory, and fulfilment operations for a consumer brand.
Key Responsibilities
Manage 3PL/warehouse operations, including orders, receiving, returns and dispatches.
Monitor warehouse performance against SLAs/KPIs and resolve operational issues.
Manage inventory, packing, kitting, and packaging requirements.
Coordinate volume planning for promotions, launches, and peak periods.
Handle issues such as aged orders, damages, mis-shipments, and carrier claims.
Review 3PL invoices and track shipping/fulfilment costs.
Maintain SOPs and operational documentation for smooth handover.
Required Skills & Experience
0–3 years of experience in supply chain, fulfilment, warehouse, or logistics.
Hands-on experience with 3PL/warehouse operations, preferably for a consumer/e-commerce brand.
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Familiarity with Shopify or similar order management systems.
Good understanding of inventory, order flow, returns, and logistics.
Strong communication, ownership, and problem-solving skills.
Good to have: Experience with WMS/3PL portals, returns platforms, multi-channel fulfilment, and carrier claims.
