We're Hiring: Senior Executive – Inside Sales (Real Estate) | Hyderabad

KMV Spaces LLP is growing our sales team. We're looking for a Senior Inside Sales Executive to own our digital lead funnel and turn enquiries into confirmed site visits.
If you enjoy high-volume calling, fast follow-ups and knowing your numbers, you'll fit right in.
What you'll do
→ Respond to leads from our website, 99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com and social campaigns, with first contact within 15 minutes
→ Qualify leads on budget, timeline, location and decision-maker
→ Convert qualified leads into scheduled site visits and follow up on no-shows
→ Keep the CRM updated in real time so no lead is lost
→ Track funnel metrics and share lead-quality feedback with Marketing
→ Work closely with field sales for smooth handoffs
→ Re-engage cold leads through calls, WhatsApp and email
What we're looking for
→ 3–6 years in inside sales, telesales or lead qualification
→ Real estate or high-ticket B2C background (auto, insurance, education) preferred
→ Strong CRM skills and comfort with funnel and conversion data
→ Fluent Telugu and English, spoken and written
→ Graduate in any discipline
