About the Role
We are looking for a Finance & Compliance Executive to manage finance, accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance activities for our manufacturing plant in Gujarat.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day finance and accounting activities for the plant.
Handle GST, TDS and other statutory compliances.
Prepare and review MIS reports, financial statements and reconciliations.
Monitor accounts payable, receivable, expenses and vendor payments.
Support monthly closing, budgeting and variance analysis.
Ensure timely compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with auditors and support statutory, tax and internal audits.
Maintain proper documentation and financial records.
Work closely with plant operations and management on finance-related matters.
Identify compliance gaps and ensure timely corrective actions.
Requirements
CA / CMA qualified candidates preferred.
1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Good knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting and statutory compliance.
Strong Excel and MIS reporting skills.
Good analytical and communication skills.
Willingness to work from a manufacturing plant location in Gujarat.
