About the role
Role straddles enterprise risk management and business continuity for Udbhata clients. Having experience in ESG/Sustainability is an added advantage.
Industry practitioner – experience in Real Estate and/or Pharma sectors is an added advantage.
Location: Mumbai/Hyderabad/Blore (If based out of Hyderabad, frequent travels to Mumbai/Blore initially required)
WFO: Udbhata office; Client office; Home – only on need basis
Intent to invest in long term association with Udbhata – not just a stopgap or stepping stone
Responsibilities:
Client consulting and solutions: 50%
Lead ERM projects for 2- 3 clients with help from Analyst(s) or Consultants, and Founder/Principal/COO.
Engage with Client HOD, management and Boards – if absent, will be groomed
Understand and devise risk management solutions.
Product/IP/Value creation: 20%
• Contribute to the development of Udbhata's Qoris® One
• Ability to create and update Udbhata playbooks
• Identify and propose cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
• Assist founder in setting up Mumbai/Blore and local b/o operations
Admin/Team: 30%
• If principal, monitor location compliances, profitability and Udbhata work-ethic
• If Senior, team enabler (may handle 3-4 team members under him/her)
Experience and pre-requisites:
10+ years of industry experience in risk management. Experience in BCM and ESG domains
a plus point – else certificates and part-time projects are encouraged.
Previous experience in designing and administering risk management workshops - is a must.
Previous experience of working with software solutions is a plus – else training on Qoris®ERM is required
Skills and capabilities:
• Use of AI for expanding capacity to research and identify client solutions.
• Influencing and communication skills.
• Support Udbhata in branding and LG efforts.
• Ability to unlearn and relearn.

• Depending on experience and capabilities and the role - Senior Consultant or Principal
