About ORNAZ
ORNAZ is India's first dedicated online engagement ring brand, crafting natural diamond and gemstone rings since 2016 across online and retail channels. This role is the operational backbone of the company — the person who keeps production, inventory, and financial data accurate and moving.
What you'll own
Production coordination
Be the single point of contact for manufacturing partners
Create production lots with POs and delivery challans once the merchandiser releases approved CADs
Track every lot through manufacturing and delivery, follow up proactively on timelines, and flag delays before they become problems
Solitaire & inventory operations
Raise purchase records and match supplier invoices
Track stones on memo or approval, and maintain accurate solitaire stock at all times
Issue stones to factories on challan, with airtight record-keeping — this is high-value stock, and every entry has to be right
Accounts & reconciliation
Collect, verify, and send invoices, bills, payment records, and bank data to our external accountants on schedule
Reconcile daily payments and resolve accounting queries quickly and accurately
Own the numbers end-to-end: nothing gets logged until it's checked
Systems
Keep Shopify and Zoho Inventory data clean, current, and consistent with physical stock
What you bring
2–4 years in operations, inventory, or back-office roles with a strong numbers component
Working knowledge of invoices, GST basics, and standard business documentation (no formal accounting qualification needed)
Strong Excel skills — comfortable with formulas, reconciliation, and building trackers from scratch; Shopify or Zoho experience is a plus
A natural closer: you follow up relentlessly and don't need to be chased
Sharp attention to detail and high integrity — you're handling high-value stock where one wrong entry costs real money
An owner's mindset: you build SOPs rather than just follow them
Jewellery industry experience is a bonus, not a requirement
