About The Role
We are looking for an Agency FLS (Frontline Sales) professional to drive business growth through the recruitment, activation, training and management of Financial Advisors (FA) / Insurance Managers (IM).
The role involves building and managing a strong advisor network, driving sales through the team, improving advisor productivity and achieving assigned business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit and onboard Financial Advisors / Insurance Managers from the assigned geographical region.
Develop and maintain a productive agency network to achieve business objectives.
Activate newly recruited advisors and ensure regular business generation.
Drive sales targets through the assigned team of FAs/IMs.
Train and coach advisors on insurance products, sales processes, customer handling and market opportunities.
Motivate advisors and continuously improve their productivity.
Monitor advisor performance and conduct regular reviews against assigned targets.
Support advisors in generating leads, meeting customers and converting business opportunities.
Drive appropriate product mix and ensure achievement of business targets.
Develop strong relationships with advisors and customers.
Conduct regular customer and advisor meetings to improve business performance.
Identify opportunities within the assigned market/territory and expand the advisor network.
Ensure adherence to company processes, sales practices and applicable guidelines.
Candidate Requirements
Education
Graduate / Post Graduate / Professional Degree.
Experience
6 months to 5 years of relevant experience preferred.
Candidates with experience in Insurance Sales / Agency Sales / Life Insurance will be preferred.
Experience with companies such as SBI Life, Kotak Life, Bajaj Allianz and other established insurance organizations would be an advantage.
Good-performing Insurance Advisors / Financial Advisors with strong insurance sales experience may also be considered.
Freshers with strong communication, selling ability and basic knowledge of the insurance industry may also be considered.
