Role Description The Senior Executive Human Resources will be responsible for managing and overseeing HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee life-cycle management, and HR documentation. This full-time on-site role, based in Chandigarh, India, will involve developing, communicating, and implementing HR policies aligned with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements. The role includes maintaining positive employee relations, handling grievances, supporting performance management processes, and coordinating training and development initiatives. The Senior Executive Human Resources will collaborate with senior leadership to support workforce planning, employee engagement, and retention strategies, while ensuring accurate HR reporting and compliance with labor laws. The individual will also be expected to work closely with departmental heads to identify HR needs, implement improvements, and promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR), with the ability to manage core HR functions and support strategic HR initiatives.
Proficiency in HR Management including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes.
Experience in Employee Relations, with the skills to address grievances, support conflict resolution, and foster a positive work environment.
Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance, including drafting, updating, and implementing policies.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in healthcare or hospital settings is an advantage.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Proficiency with HRIS and MS Office tools, and strong organizational and analytical abilities.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and manage multiple priorities.
